Antonio Minichiello is a professional Italian chef with decades of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and international fine dining kitchens. Born in Avellino, Italy, he developed a passion for cooking as a child, learning traditional Italian techniques from his family. Antonio trained at culinary school from the age of 15 and has since worked at prestigious establishments including Hotel Eden – Dorchester Collection (Rome), Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Verandah at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, and Marco Beach Ocean Resort (Naples, Florida).
